WE WANT *SINGLE PAYER*, Mr. President!

Obama needs to concentrate on the economy first before he can even think about health insurance. From what I see, he is going to make it mandatory to pay private insurers and there will be no public option. He said he is open to compromise on this. Then watch insurance skyrocket when it is made mandatory to pay. Like mandatory auto insurance which has no premium controls.

Maybe its just me but i care about my family and neighbors. My sister who was a waitress with no insurance stayed two days in a city hospital, without a diagnosis for what seemed to be a severe staph infection. A two day stay with no actual treatment cost her $10,000

Many countries have much bette healthcare than america with a universal system. In japan people live longer on average, go to the physician more often than us, and recieve more treatments than us, all without paying anything close to what it cost someone without insurance in america.

Give the peasants the leftovers, thas all it is.
Obama said before the bailout unemployment could raise above 10%. What is the unemployment now Obama?

Gmco4, do you want to know the truth in how countries like Iraq and Afghanistan ended up with Universal Healthcare Coverage? Well, ask that knucklehead George Warmonger Bush and his right-wing buddies.
Have a nice day.

Apologies if I sounded like a dick. America is probably not the worst country there is for health care, obviously a lot of people can afford health insurance, but compared to its western counterparts.
I am simply worried for Americans that like I might be paying a ridiculous premium on car insurance, since i’m in England. That some people out there are getting ripped off massively on health insurance premiums.
, simply for a profit. I wouldn’t leave my health to an insurance contract.

You can get state of the art health care in most advanced countries, provided you pay for it. The only difference is everyone gets almost as good healthcare without paying for it…and don’t bring tax into it because American tax isn’t even low compared to say Hong Kong which also has a public healthcare system.
America is a massive country, only small areas has this state of the art health care you talk about, reality check. Every advanced country has rich pockets where people can afford it.

if you want it pay for it if you are a single male you can get insurance for around $300 a month with a $2000 deductible its not great ins but it saves you money in the long run. We are far from being behind in the health care system we have the best doctors and people from all around the world come hear to be treated and they pay for it. If the care is so good elsewhere then you should go there and get treated free. and in this country if you go to the emergency room you will get treated
February 9th, 2010 at 2:10 am
@gmco4, do you feel that no one in America needs healthcare? In other countries with Universal Healthcare, the doctors are doing quite well with their lives. Also their hospitals are willing to help a lot of people. But with American hospitals, they are unwilling to help people who are really sick and lack of health insurance! American healthcare system is 60 years behind! This country needs to mature itself. This is the 21th century; not 18th, 19th or 20th century.

You are not entitled to health care and you have no right to ask a doctor who has spent years in school piling up dept to do it free or cheap, if you want to you can become a doctor and you do it out of the goodness of your heart lots of people will appreciate it, but from having my own business paying people I find the people who get paid and are happy take much more pride in there jobs.

First of all I dont want the morons who cant get us the flu vaccinations running my health care, second if you think that they are going to do this without huge tax hikes than your an idiot, third there are a lot of insurances that I feel like I dont want to pay lets address them also like liability, workman’s comp, unemployment all that are things I pay over $60,000 a year for and Im a smaller co. Last the ins co. are not ripping you off if you dont pay, pay out of your pocket like so many do
February 9th, 2010 at 3:36 am
gmco4, my kitten has more sense than you do. You? Self Employed? Doing what? Talking crap? You said you are paying more for insurance? If it is health insurance, well if America would of had Universal Healthcare; you, me, and everyone else would of have been covered. FACT! But knowing you, you don’t want that. You rather FEED the Corporate Health Insurance Companies while they are ripping you off!
February 9th, 2010 at 4:16 am
you have nothing to say, so you go back to a spelling error I made four days ago… you are pathetic, If i was finger painting I coulndnt be supporting morons like you and we cant have that now can we. The way I see it is you are just some moron who has nothing to lose and everything to gain by the government taking from people like me to give to clowns like you. I see people like you everyday and fire them every other, its not fair I have what i have right, but of coarse I worked for it! Idiot

NotEasiyly, you are 100% right, bring us down and bingo the big takeover, I say FUCK 0bama and his White House Marxists, I hope 0bama reads this! BANG BANG to him……….
February 9th, 2010 at 5:15 am
It is all bullshit. the people with the best health care are teachers union and union members. then there are the rich and the health care workers them selves. But, this is not about health care, it is about overloading the system to take over the government and make us a socialist country.
February 9th, 2010 at 5:38 am
gmco4 Have you already read about Cloward Pivens tactics. I know it doesn’t sound very exciting but it takes about 5 minutes and explains what is going on. HOw all these seemingly unrelated complaints and racist charges and help the poor bullshit is part of a plan. I suggest you read it.
They are just trying to overload the system with complaints and gripes and bitches using our high minded constitution and our high minded Christian ideals to beat us with.

There is a slight correlation between Collage and finger painting . Please play with the paint.
February 9th, 2010 at 6:54 am
thats right Im a stupid jackass, I agree that they should sell over state lines if you were not a complete moron you would know its not the insurance co stopping it, but your just a clown. second yes my premiums would go up because im not some ignorant moron who believe the
government can add 50mil people and be deficit neutral that makes you a jackass, im a business owner that has plenty to worry about. Ive got an idea you dont like ins co dont get it pay for it yourself . you fucking moron!
February 9th, 2010 at 6:56 am
What I find interesting is that most people who want good health care reform already have good benefits.
February 9th, 2010 at 7:32 am
let’s stop being dependent of the government. become more concern about your health! eat healthy, excercise, filter your water to get rid off the, do not drink diet products or anything that has aspartame that causes brain cancer, do not get the flu vaccine that is lethal, you don’t need the government to pay for your own health! those who depend on the government to get help are just prisoners of it! Be free, be yourself, and don’t let no one tell you what to do!
Health to all of you!

Liberal factions of the House sent a letter to House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, demanding… they want a provision added to guarantee that NO CITIZENSHIP or RESIDENCY VERIFICATION is required for purchase of insurance in the health Insurance exchange that would be created under the House bill.
OBAMA/PELOSICARE = AMNESTY + 20 MILLION ILLEGAL ALIENS (on our healthcare system… in other words bankruptcy for the U.S.)
